Operations Director - Paul Cacopardo

The Operation’s Director is involved in the “day to day” senior management for the service delivery to our Clients. Paul will monitor the systems and procedures applied to ensure they comply with the Company’s ISO/AS Integrated Management System (IMS) and   conform to Agreed Standards.  With over 20 years experience in the Contract Cleaning Service industry, Paul has gained considerable operational experience, management and problem solving skills that he can call upon to ensure the Clients service requirements are met.

Compliance Manager - Adrian Taylor

as a Director, of 80:20 Management Consultancy has an extensive impressive background as a Quality Assurance Facilitator.  Adrian has worked in a Quality Assurance Sector in a management role for National and International organisations. More recently Adrian has coordinated the implementation of AFS Property Services and related companies’ Integrated Management System and is now engaged for the ongoing monitoring in IMS compliance.

IT Manager - Roger Yuen

Roger has been instrumental in developing the Companies’ IT Data and Voice Communication Infrastructure System.  Roger is well qualified with having a Bachelor of Software Engineering and CISCO certification to be responsible for the Companies’ ongoing IT and Voice Data Support. Roger is also responsible to evaluate and advise of any technological changes which may be developed as a point of difference to our business in the enhancing our service response to our Clients.
